On the website www.bearsonalities.com Anke Komorowski offers you handmade soft animals designed by herself. It refers specificially that these fabric animals and teddy bears are made for adult collectors and are not suitable for children, because of small parts in stuffing and the use of glass eyes. Furthermore Anke Komorowski offers you handdyed mohair fabric, dyed with chemical colours . Please note that slight changes in colour might occur due to the photographs or your monitor.

The offered bears are one of a kind bears so it is possible that two orders may come at the same time. The customer whose order form arrives first will get the bear. Because of this please wait for my written confirmation of your order and don't pay without this confirmation.
Costs, Prices, Delivery, Shipping costs: All prices includ VAT and this it not shown separately , because I have a "Kleingewerbe nach §19,2 Umsatzsteuergesetz" .
The costs are without shipping.
It costs 7.00 Euro to post a bear to a German address, please contact me for prices to other countries.
I'll send the package by Hermes Paketdienst, or DHL to other countries.
For the shipping of fabrics you have to pay the price for a letter of the Deutsche Bundespost.You can use another parcel service as you prefer, but if it is more expensive you will have to pay the difference.
If you come and collect your bear of course you will not have to pay for shipping.
You have to pay in advance by bank transfer or Paypal. If the money is in my banking account I will send you the article the next working day.
Consumer in the sense of a business transaction are natural persons entering into a business transaction which is not considered a commercial or independend professional transaction. Entrepreneur in the sense of a business transaction is every person entering into a business transaction which is considered a commercial or independent professional transaction.
Payment:
If you collect your article personally you will only receive it once you have paid the bill. You can pay in advance. After you have placed your order you will receive a fulfillment confirmation and invoice by mail or email telling you my bank details and the shipping costs. You can use cash on delivery as well, but note that you have to pay the additional costs for yourself.
Privacy:
I do not store your personal data unless you ask me to store it in writing or by email, for example if you are ordering the newsletter. You can be sure that I won't give your data away to third parties.
Cancellation policy:
Because of Fernabsatzgesetz § §312b ff BGB you have the right to return the article you bought within fourteen days. You don't have to give a reason for it .This timeline begins if you receive the article. In this special case please contact me via phone, mail or letter. I need your banking dates to return the purchase price and the shipping costs back to you. Unaunnouced returns, returns by cash delivery and unfranked correspondence will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Please save the postal receive of your return.
