After you have placed your order you will receive a fulfillment confirmation and invoice telling you my bank details and the shipping costs. You have to pay in advance by bank transfer or Paypal. If I have received the money I'll send the bear off within the next day.

You have the right to return the bear within 14 days in case you should not like it.

All bears and other animals have been exclusively designed and handcrafted by me. The majority of them are exclusive one of a kind individually designed bears or animals.

NB: Bearsonalities love to be adored by children, but they aren't suitable for children due to use of glass eyes and small parts in the stuffing. Please note that slight changes in colour can occur due to the photographs or your monitor.
